Appointment of new Clinical Lead

NEW CLINICAL LEAD

We are pleased to announce that Dr Tim Horsburgh has been appointed as Clinical Lead for PiP and commenced in post on the 13th April.  Tim is a GP and Clinical Lead for Children's and Young People's Commissioning at Dudley CCG.

He has a wide range of experience in both the commissioning of services for children and young people, and in community service delivery.  He is currently developing a paediatric triage project (a collaboration between local primary and secondary services) and an integrated complex care team for the support of children with long-term health problems and life-limiting conditions.

Tim is keen to engage with his colleages - paediatricians, commissioners and all staff working to improve services for children and young people - and to hear the views about how, by working collaboratively, services can be developed in the future.
